Refund Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal (linked from your account page) or by contacting support@yusa.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Yusa until then.
Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period. We may issue refunds at our discretion for:
- Billing errors
- Extended service unavailability
- Accidental duplicate charges
To request a refund, contact support@yusa.ai within 30 days of the charge.
Statutory Rights
Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy. If you are entitled to a cancellation or refund right under the laws of your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, rights under EU/EEA consumer protection law), those rights apply.
Payment Processor
Payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Processing times depend on your payment method and financial institution.
